Game Plan Modules:
Know Yourself:
Knowing yourself is one of the most powerful tools for success. It helps you make better decisions, stay grounded under pressure, and build stronger relationships—because the more you understand who you are, the more confident and in control you’ll feel, both now and in the future.
Stay Positive:
Staying positive isn’t about ignoring problems—it’s about facing challenges with a mindset that helps you keep going. This session shows how focusing on progress, learning from setbacks, and choosing optimism builds confidence, resilience, and stronger relationships.
Handle Pressure:
Pressure is part of life—but how you respond to it can shape your future. This session helps students develop tools to stay calm, think clearly, and build resilience when things feel overwhelming, turning stressful moments into opportunities for growth.
Solve Problems:
Problem-solving isn’t just about finding quick fixes—it’s about learning to pause, think clearly, and move forward. This session helps students build confidence by breaking down challenges, staying calm under pressure, and viewing obstacles as chances to grow.
Be Collaborative:
Collaboration is about more than just working in a group—it’s learning how to listen, share ideas, and build something better together. This session helps students understand how strong communication and teamwork can lead to greater confidence, stronger relationships, and better outcomes.
Take Responsibility:
Taking responsibility means owning your actions, learning from mistakes, and choosing growth over excuses. This session encourages students to step up with courage and maturity—building trust, confidence, and long-term success.
Employability
The EMPLOYABILITY module helps pupils to understand what motivates them, to identify their goals and develop skills needed for the workplace.
