WHO WE ARE

In 2020, Jake Humphrey and Professor Damian Hughes started the High Performance Podcast, interviewing the planet’s highest performers to turn their lived experiences into life lessons. The podcast quickly became a global success and now has a community of over 1 million regular listeners.

Through our High Performance community, we identified a need to provide young people with the tools and skills they need to kick start their journey to a future where they can thrive.

The High Performance Foundation is an independent charity, supported and powered by High Performance and it’s growing community.

We exist to build young people’s resilience today so they can thrive tomorrow.
