James Davies: Anything is possible

We are all athletes in our own ways. We have to perform in our jobs, at home, in many areas, all whilst coping with the everyday pressures of life. It’s not only elite athletes that need a warmup and cool down everyday. 

In his Boost, James is exploring the importance of a 360 approach to our health and wellness.  James’ 360 approach takes the form of the acronym: SPACE. Sleep, Posture, Activity, Calm and Energy. Utilising SPACE will allow us to make more time for ourselves and make sure we recover and reset bodies. We update and reset our phones, laptops, houses and yet we don’t take the time to do it for ourselves. Jame’s Boost could be your first step in a complete reset.
