THE NEED.

The challenges facing young people in Norfolk are urgent and growing:

  • 66% employers say that young people entering the workforce, lack the life skills needed. (Employer Skills Survey - 77,000 businesses, Dept of Education).

  • In Norfolk, rates of anxiety and emotional distress among young people exceed the national average.(Public Health England).

  • Schools report that students are increasingly disengaged, with a lack of resilience and confidence being key barriers to learning.

  • 1 in 5 young people in the UK are living with a probable mental health disorder. (NHS Digital, 2023).

Norfolk Students

Our goals:

Deliver Game Plan to every secondary school in Norfolk.

Host the Norfolk Roadshow, bringing employability skills and showcasing local career pathways into a Live show at the Norwich Theatre Royal for 1300 pupils.

Celebrate and convene through events that unite students, teachers, and supporters.
