Welcoming Lewis Rhodes to Team High Performance Foundation!

We’re pleased to welcome Lewis to the team!

He’s joining us part time to work closely with the team to create strong, thoughtful content, and we’re looking forward to seeing how his ideas and experience shape what we put out over the coming months.

Lewis is keen to get stuck in from the outset. Over his first 90 days, his focus is simple: learn how the team works, collaborate closely, and produce great content. He brings a practical, hands-on approach and believes that progress comes from consistently putting the work in.

That mindset runs through how Lewis thinks more broadly, too. One of the biggest lessons he carries with him is not to stress over the things you can’t control,  a perspective that helps keep focus on what actually matters, both professionally and personally.

When it comes to day-to-day essentials, Lewis is firmly on the tea side. A Yorkshire Tea is his go-to, and it’s rarely far from his desk!

His approach to work has been shaped by a range of experiences, reinforcing a simple principle: you get out what you put in. That belief has guided how he shows up, takes responsibility, and develops his craft over time. Along the way, he’s worked on some standout projects, including collaborating with Sir David Beckham, a career moment he’s particularly proud of.

Outside of work, Lewis switches off by keeping active. He enjoys getting out for walks with his dog - who also doubles as an edit assistant - or spending time training at the gym. It’s how he resets and comes back to work on his many projects with a clear head.

We’re glad to have Lewis on board and are excited to see the contribution he’ll make as he settles into the team.

Check out some of the work he has done for us already!
