Dan Murray, Co Founder of Heights, Joins High Performance Foundation Trustee Board.

We’re proud to announce that Dan Murray has joined the Trustee Board of the High Performance Foundation.

An entrepreneur, community builder, angel investor and public speaker, Dan brings an exceptional track record in business - and a clear, practical perspective on what high performance really means.

A Builder of Purpose-Driven Companies

Dan is the Co-Founder of Heights, one of Europe’s fastest-growing consumer brands, generating over £30M in annual revenue as of January 2026. Built around science and long-term wellbeing, Heights reflects Dan’s belief that sustainable performance starts with health.

He is also Co-Founder of Foundrs, a not-for-profit community connecting many of the UK’s leading entrepreneurs. Through Foundrs, he has helped build a trusted network where ambitious founders learn from one another and scale responsibly.

A Voice for Honest Entrepreneurship

Dan founded and hosted Secret Leaders, which became the UK’s #1 business podcast across its 400+ episodes. Over seven years, he interviewed world-class founders and investors, focusing not just on outcomes, but on the decisions, trade-offs and lessons behind them.

In 2025, Dan chose to close the podcast to prioritise time with his daughters, Margot and Kaia - a decision that reflects his belief that success must align with what matters most.

The Science of Success

Through his weekly newsletter, The Science of Success, Dan shares practical insights on building a purposeful life with meaningful income - without sacrificing freedom, health or family.

Joining the High Performance Foundation

Dan’s experience building companies, communities and platforms at scale will add valuable perspective to the High Performance Foundation Trustee Board.

We’re pleased to welcome him and look forward to the contribution he’ll make.
